Popular search engine and tech giant Google has unveiled a camera last October which was a camera that will be able to take the perfect photo automatically, like candid photos. Interesting huh?
This camera is called as Clips which will be able to take best photos according to certain conditions like lighting, expressions, etc. All these are possible with the help of an AI which helps the camera to do the work. The camera is finally out for sale but only in the US currently.
Priced at $249 this camera is especially for the parents who'd like to take pictures of their children in a candid manner. Though the company hasn't talked a lot about this during the unveiling yet they've silently began their sales today.
The company has assured that all the photos are stored within the device itself and are not sent to any external servers. This camera also has a 130 degree field of view, 16 GB of storage and surprisingly weighs only 60 grams. It gives you a 3 hour battery life which is kinda disappointing.
The photos taken using this device can be transferred wirelessly or through a cable. But currently this device is only supported by the Pixel smartphones, Samsung Galaxy S7 & S8 and all iPhone models.
Not everyone might be inspired with this concept but it did get a lot of attention. Will you buy this if you had the chance to get one?
