Popular social media app Instagram has now come up with a new feature for its users. Although this feature is already present in Snapchat from which Instagram has been copying many features like face filters, stories, etc. Yet this copying idea is not yet over and copies another feature from Snapchat.
Since the beginning Snapchat had a feature which would alert the users if someone takes a screenshot of their snaps but Instagram didn't have one till now. So this feature is now being implemented by Instagram and notifies the users if someone takes a screenshot of their stories.

The little sun like symbol which appears over the name of the person is the one who took a screenshot of the store posted. This is the way in which the feature is implemented. Moreover Instagram also now displays a splash screen which tells the user who screenshots the story will be notified that the user who posted the story will be told that you took a screenshot of the story.

This feature is not available to all the users immediately as this feature is being rolled out in phases.
How to bypass this feature?
Setting the phone in Airplane mode and then taking screenshots will not trigger the feature and notify the user. Another workaround is by downloading the stories from the Instagram website also doesn't trigger this feature.
In the end Instagram has been trying to make its app a better social media app. Hope many new features are added by their own and not copying from Snapchat.
